Cuprosklodowskite with Uraninite Cut and Polished Piece from Africa, 140,000 cpm
Cut and polished on one side to reveal a pocket with green crystals of Cuprosklodowskite surrounded by black Urabinite and a thin vein if Cupro running lengthwise through the piece. The reverse is uncut and shows a nice pocket of crystal. The host rock is beautiful green and speckled. Truly a rare specimen to see cut due to the danger of contamination from the dust.
