Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipment and should research the safe handling of radioactive minerals. We have never lost a package yet but accidents happen, and it is usually only a matter of time before the postal service has a mishap. We pack everything as securely as possible. in certain instances we insure higher priced items with extra insurance so that if an item is damaged or goes missing then it is able to be refunded by the shipping agency. We do not offer refunds except if we make a mistake with your order. This is because we are a small business and cannot suffer the cost with our reasonable and fair prices that we offer.
